As for costs- They already have the manufacturing facility sorted. They are investing in the sales and distribution capability in Europe and these sorts of costs will have a mix of one offs and ongoing costs but that is part and parcel of trying to sell your own product. Using an independent distributor cuts those costs but you get a smaller piece of each sale too and as we have seen some distributors have done well (Galen) others have done nothing.

The other big part of costs are the trials. Normally for a biotech you have to do lots of this before you even get to the manufacturing and sales stage. For MVP instead these are costly hoops which just have to be jumped through for each new market as we already are making and selling the product with years of data on its use BUT once paid they are mostly done and dusted.

So I take heart in the fact that the company did a successful capital raising a while ago. Has a generous amount of cash and once the trials are done for China and USA that part of the cost equation is removed.

We just have to ride out the next few months until we actually see revenues climbing significantly.
