The POO has never risen in a global recession. At the moment at $47 the POO is considered too expensive. I am not predicting it will fall to the low 30's. I am forecasting that it will drop to that level.
Hopefully NDO can pull a rabbit out of the hat soon or else the SP will continue to slide in line with the POO.
The SP has always tracked the POO and always will. Do some basic charting to verify.
