In his evidence Nik Zuks indicated that he had his concerns as to NiCu providing CHM funds for the payment for the Jack Hills and Weld Range tenement. Does his being aware of this fact and continuing to procure these tenements for Winterfall, jepodise his and other Winterfall owners their converted interests in MMX
R and N Zuks were issue about 22 million MMX shares which was about 14% of the initial issue
