its quite normal for incoming directors to get free shares for putting together a reconstruction. it is thier reward for pulling together the money, the assets and the story to refloat the company. and you could hardly begrudge paul k his dues for all the money he has made his shareholders. let's see if chm directors can do as much, frankly I still doubt shareholders will benefit much even if they do win.
