I didn't and don't 'know'.

I expected that with such strong demand on the buy side, as well as a green day, it would carry through 13 cents.

It seems there is still a (very) small pocket of sellers who want to exit.

However, I also see that the last sale was 50,000 at 12.5c
which did not change the final price as it was a cross sale.
