I know its bazaar.. isn't it ? the Pay will sooth his Risk to his Reputation ..if OSL stalls.
He may find Glory in developing the OSL technology 1 day too .. but When ?

thats the shareholders Risk as sp drifts lower in Wait.....and not his problem.
