The question is, how does Regal short the stocks they own? You can write calls or buy puts but that is just protection against a long and only if the stock is an option stock. An OTC....who is going to take the counter party risk? Just not going to happen.
Regal own 45m OSL shares yet Cafa is claiming they may be shorting them. In what world does that make sense?
