I'm sure they will announce a new VP of regulatory in the very near future, unless they are going to outsource the function. If a recognized 'star' is recruited then that may pump the SP by a few pennies
They do need a highly experienced person to deal with the NB, and in the near future the FDA.
I've seen too many companies screw up on this as they think it is 'easy' - it is not.
