I think she may have joined very recently (December) and after the previous VP was terminated. Not sure where you got 'months ago' from?
She may be a little lightweight, and lacking experience in CE /IDE applications. Guess she got feed up with waiting for Heather to retire. She terminated from SRX in July - not sure where she was in the interim.
I'm surprised that OSL have not made some form of ANN to notify SH of such an important appointment.
