Very simple Cafa. End points can vary from overall survival to tumour shrinkage. The latter is what SRX went after and is what OSL is going after. This is the most appropriate target, as it is a localised treatment for the pancreas and liver and cannot assist overall survival if the cancer has spread. I think it was wise of management to commence dialogue with the regulators that they understood and were comfortable pre lodging. Lots of experts here on this forum.
