I dont think he is saying anything that hasnt already been said on HC... Plenty of people on HC who understand clinical trials, drug development, corporate governance, investment, medicine, cancer and the list goes on... but he is much more knowledgeable about radio-pharmaceuticals.
The bottom line however is ... any proposed new treatment needs to be proven effective, before it can be endorsed.
