correct if i'm wrong but my understanding is the documentation for the Cockatoo sale/acquisition is to be finalised prior to the EGM this friday but to be executed sometime after the EGM. if so, i would not expect any ann regarding the execution until it actually is inked in pen by all parties post EGM. so in the near term we should get an ann regarding the EGM outcome and then sometime after that (timeframe unknown) we'll get an ann regarding the execution or otherwise of the sale/acquisition followed by inking of Timeone JV and completion of tranche 4c funds.
