not sure how we could settle the purchase of cockatoo without having any money to do so - the whole point of the current JV with Timeout/SST. there are resolutions that need to pass at the egm before our JV partners hand over the money with the key ones being we agree to sell 50% of cockatoo to our JV and that we ratify the issue of tranche 4a and 4b so that 4c can be subscribed for.
