I rather fancy the Tasmanian project has the most potential - Vanuatu is quite small - but carbon credit opportunities are high.
With the election out of the way there is the possibiity that the next round of hotrocks asssitance from the government will be apolitically assessed - if so, we must surely rate as front runners.
