Whilst many investors are focusing on the war and likely outcomes/timing I am of the view that this is largely irrelevant. The real issue for PSA is whether they can get the permits (regardless of the current battles) so they can begin production before they run out of cash. Even if they do the SP will be under pressure due to ongoing instability .
In the recent AGM they alluded to imminent restart and that the permits will be issued shortly.
All I hear is crickets. Not getting back in until they get the permits and restart.
