I too have bought puts on RIO and was not entirely happy too see such strength overseas last night.
The chart on RIO looks very toppy to me with the formation of a shooting star penetrating the upper bollinger on friday and closing back inside. Also the stochastics are pointing down and the RSI has been very flat compared to the price which has moved up (subtle bearish divergence)
I was thinking RIO would fall back below $36 before powering up to test the 38-50 high. My interpretation could be way off track of course (especially as overseas was so bullish) - time will tell as always.
