So I suppose while the deal is not done Rincon continues to sap-suck its capex and operating costs off ADY's accounts? How long is this going to go on for? ADY could actually end up owing any profit from the RLL sale to Rincon's creditors.

Also, while the deal is not done, Charge Resources continues to earn 10% interest from the invested purchase funds and ADY continues to accumulate 30% - 40% interest charge to the HW receivers and YA Global on what it owes.

ADY may as well change its name back to Associated Dairies Ltd -> milk cow for Charge Resources / Rincon.
