Currently I get 110Mb down but only 2-3Mb up. That is the biggest drawback. Great for downloading but pretty poor for uploading. Good for households if they want to download but not good for a business.

There are however no technical reasons why you couldn't have similar upload and download speeds. Download speeds are traditionally higher only because that what consumers demand, in other words, historically most consumers download alot more than they upload. Businesses have been using dedicated networks with similar upload/download speeds for a long time. Difference is they need to pay more for it.
