    Really Jlov3. I would be complaining to your service provider if indeed you do have NBN.

    I know a number of people who have NBN and they are getting the speeds they are paying for and that includes upload speed of 40Mb. I think you need to talk to your service provider if indeed you have Fibre to the home.
