I am likely wrong but I think whist 50% of the permitted votes have to agree 75% of the parties have also to agree. This means bottom tikes like us do have a role and I for one will change NO to Yes. The 50% has no doubt been negotiated with the big players`and it would`be good for say Marathon to confirm.
No doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong.
