This mornings announcement:
Silver Lake Resources Limited (ASX: SLR) (“Company”) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt
in the quotation of its securities and provides the following information in accordance with Listing
Rule 17.1:
(a) the trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market regarding a
proposed capital raising and a shareholder share purchase plan;
(b) the Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before Wednesday 28
August 2013 by provision of an announcement to ASX regarding the proposed
transaction; and
(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
