I see mr lew only declared the 18,000,000 shares he bought, and did not declare the etos. Many institutions do not require you to declare etos as thier value changes so rapidly, so he didnt break the law.(USA markets dont require etos declared either).
I wouldnt want to be a mug follower, buying on the strength of this announcement.
