Isn't that the main reason why the rest of the board want rid of him?
It's interesting that Solly has agreed to sever his ties with regards to the third party transactions IF he is re-elected to the board.
Some people are saying that this and the share purchases are him showing his commitment to CML.
If he was so commited to CML and not himself and his family then he would have severed those ties years ago. If he's so commited to getting re-elected then sever the ties NOW, not promise to after the AGM and only IF he is re-elected.
Thanks for the info guys, it REALLY shows how much crap is coming out of Solly's mouth. He says one thing but his actions say another.
