I agree Black Caviar, it does sound a bit odd. We've gone from drill hole of the month around six months ago, potential Mother Lodes at depth and in earlier announcements there was the hint of a JORC Resource at the end of this month. All this seems to have stalled.
On the bright side, GPR have promised to keep us updated on both the Cambodia sites and Fiji sites in the coming months. Sounds like something is still happening in Cambodia. Perhaps the wet season in Cambodia has had an influence? A friend once worked on a mojor project in Laos and I'm sure the rain stopped them completely for 3 months or so.
The optimist in me is hoping the fiji projects are well funded and all this means is an increased workload for GPR, or something to do during the wet, and we'll start getting a steady newsflow in a month or two. It wouldn't worry me at all if they found another Bougainville - hope I spelt that right.
Time will tell I guess.
