The recent shareholder purchase plan raised just under $2.3million

From the looks of the offer document dated 02-May-05 it seems they were trying to raise $9M.

They did succeed raising $30M from sophisticated investors, but how much of a set-back is the $7M shortfall?

I think long-term this company could be huge and have held for a while.
