I am a CCC/NKP Investor...Mr Landau has told me\and other Investors the following:

Expired NKP Options in Aug 2011. Emailed him multiple times he stated JV just around the corner, will be entitled to new options at a specific price.
Result : Still waiting on JV nearly 1 year later, and purchase of new options.

$10M CCC VANMAG DEAL: Holders still waiting from Oct 2009, when it was announced to be finalised. On General Meeting Aug 2012, stated not to laugh it was 2 weeks away, and there was a PLAN B in place.

Result: Still waiting on money for VANMAG. No announcement on its status.

CCC of which Mr Landau is a director stated in their half yearly FY12, of maiden profit, cash flow positive mines and record production. 6 Mths Later. FY12 Results indicated a $48M LOSS. CCC is now looking to sell off core/non-core assets to pay off debt.
