Hairy - you are correct in the fact that the figures dont tie up.
Page 45 of this years annual report seems to have the most detail.
Related party - Loan to CCC of $2,115,210 repayable by end Dec 2012.
I am not aware of any other loans although there are other debtors.
Bets leave it there I guess. Whatever I think of PL I still dont think he would have given such a specific answer whilst being recorded.
