Something I just can’t get over is the Continuation Simon Lowe’s employment beyond the probation period dispute having clauses to some what cheaply ($150k) remove him should funding not be obtained….

Funding was not obtained and a plan to attempt to sell off/ wind up the company was announced DURING his probation period… I can’t get over this point, his payout should the company be wound up now as planned will cost holders significantly more… Why did we need a full time MD with no project and after it was announced we no longer had an interest in Morila and are selling off / winding down…. It’s baffling.
