Performance Shares ~ all onboard the FFX Gravy Train! -- Part 1 rolleyes.png

Keeping to the theme of recent announcements: Performance Shares and/or Short and/or Long Term Incentive Programs:
In particularly and in regards to:
~ performance shares granted and subsequently vested to Taplin under the Company's LTI plan
~ the cash bonus paid to Taplin under the Company's STI plan.
~ performance shares issued to Taplin post ceasing employment that had expired
~ performance shares issued to Taplin post ceasing employment
~ IMO (In My Opinion) what appears to be misleading and/or incomplete disclosure in the "Notice to Issue unquoted equity securities"

    @GARETH78
~ as above sheets/notes you made a slight miscalculation on the amount of shares being issued to Taplin, as per the two announcements:
The first was the granting/issuing of 1,103,356 and the second was his combined total (1,603,356) of performance shares.
It is by no means to take away from your post.

The above was already partially done but there were some things I had to follow up on and that took some time ........ what one uncovers when he is looking harder! Taplin's performance shares is only the tip . . . . .

As a result of the above, I have filed more reports to the ASX and ASIC but have no doubt they will not be the last ........
~ the issuance of performance shares that had expired
~ the lack of disclosure in issuing the 1,103,356 performance shares, the ambiguous and/or clandestine reporting that omitted information as in:
grant date, vesting date, expiry date, vesting conditions
~ although there was no grant date provided, included in the query was the issuance of performance shares post his cessation of employment
~ the mistake riddled announcements were also a seperate query

We pay for secretary services provided by a company the secretary and Fraser are directors of, inclusive of these services is governance and they can't get announcements right?
As they were too busy to provide a Interim Financial Report, maybe they were too busy to notice buried amongst annual reports that the 500,000 shares had lapsed as they had reached their expiry date.

I also want to stipulate that that the above information is from company announcements, ASX and ASIC but it is also my opinion based on my interpretation of those documents.
It isn't my job to decide what is or isn't hence the queries sent to the two governing bodies.

    cheers
