Either way it was not complete by 31/3 Quarterly report.
Dear oh dear, truthfullness and credibilty is very important in public statments.
Was the statement in the Quartely a simple mistake or was it something more sinister ?
Should the statement have been made after making a simple phone call to those that control the road building ?
If not, why not ? and if a phone call was made, why was the statement still made to the market ?
