Is it really going to be the same as before? Lower interest rates = lower margin, potential for lower house prices= growth subdued and then we will have the lingering damage from this crisis over our heads for a few years. For us to go back to where we were is ludicrous when we are only a couple of months into a bear market after the longest bull run in history. Market would be far lower if it weren't for retail jumping in because they think opening up means back to normal. Look at what the smart money is doing most fund managers are holding their max amount of cash they are allowed to hold. I will leave you with this graph for you to decide where we sit (keep in mind unemployment and GDP contraction are in line if not greater than the great depression). IMO DYOR
