Its impossible to meaningfully compare those scenarios. With one having structural banking problems, largely remedied by g8 discussion & outcomes as i understand it. The other with hyped fear and room to manoeuvre.

Banks have aired their laundry in quarters. Forward looking is the theme of the moment, even for oil, which i believe requires more attention & analysis. Just my opinion, but general market seems to be reflecting this. DYOR.
