I think that is the best advice and I have been buying consistently to reduce my average purchase price the highest I've paid is $15.51 ( sold out a few times when the market rose as I started buying wbc back in March just after the lows but I paid $16.17 and then sold those for $16.55 )
just guessing but so far it's worked out well I'm not fussed about the dividend as it should come back eventually
