Yes, we know. It was an example and discussion on how holders might not participate in the buyback.
Buyback would be at some VWAP-related SP, and likely at a mere 5-10 premium, not 300%. I clearly stated my average cost per share, and although it would mean I would make a profit there is a likelihood I still would not take up the offer.
EDIT: $4 would keep the Fidelity-related holders from launching legal action. Like me , I would suggest they would still be angry as the return for holding would be virtually none apart from any currency changes (and that would likely mean a loss in USD terms, would have to check historical rates).
