I've sent a polite but firm email indicating my disappointment with how the GSW Conference Call was managed. I emphasised my recommended OFI (opportunity for improvement), asked for a reply to confirm that they would review my OFI and asked that they look after their retail investors with more care and concern. I would still like to give GSW the benefit of the doubt; they're a young company and conference calls are prone to technical issues (that's why you should plan, test, test, test, e.g. dry runs a week/few days earlier). I put this one down to a rookie error. However, if it not addressed next time, then that's a major red flag for me and shows they're not addressing stakeholder communication issues effectively.
