make education for Aussies in Australia free -------- and give them priority over foreigners
for any foreigners that make it to university ------ you can make it free for them - IF they stay in the country for at least 10 years after graduation - working, paying tax and then, after the 10 years - they get their whopper bond back which they paid for before beginning their study
if they choose not to bond - they pay their massive fees upfront - and, no refunds
if Labor were to bring in a system like that - Ozzies would think it too much -----
