Well a new British parliament without direction from the EU needs to be set up by the new electorate so the new entry rules for the new UK are implemented.

Businesses and people in the vicinity will need to know if their request for citizenship and applications will accepted by the new regime so the economy and society can orderly function apart from the backdrop of the military presence.

Obviously for 2 years the new parliament has to comply apparently with the EU but after that its obviously open slather determined by the British!
