Hello Adventura, You are correct, 3-4% is a big one-day change for a big company, but comparing price at close, there was an equivalent sized jump on the 2nd of June 2010 and 13th April 2010. Both of these jumps appear to be based only on speculation. This is why I am wondering if the deal had already been factored into the share price. Any comments are welcome.
