This is another RUDD nowhere plan no doubt destined to failed from the outset like all the rest his expensive ill conceived failed ventures. Why would you be happy if you were a TLS sh.
As I have already stated this cable broadband network will be obsolete before it is even finished.
TLS of course don't care cause they are being paid to set up the white elephant.
