Performing DD ad valuations with associated parties - is complex imo
DD on the share registry is crucial
At 850m shares for AppStab - consideration in excess of $60m
How much more dilution can shareholders endure on top of the 520m plus 2,5c options
IMO - majority of Retail investors buying without any DD
