At 825m shares for AppStab at the time the deal was agreed on 6/12/2019 where the share price was $0.007, the value of the consideration was $5.775m.
The owners of Appstab have simply enjoyed the fruits of the excellent growth in the SP since the acquisition/merger was announced.
