    Yes, that's the one.... Trading Halt notated as 'Price Sensitive', but the founders got 450,000 shares away each by piggy backing the Delta Hedge. Sold them at $134.36 during the trading halt. Has not traded at that level since the trading halt came off. They must have different rights to ordinary shareholders I guess.
