Just thinking Mikey, that maybe, just maybe there is some very important paperwork sitting on a certain Ministers desk at present waiting for their attention and signature.
But its just an opinion and thought from me on possibly where it all sits at present.
I am hoping, really hoping that Feb we will all have very good news. Sure as hell hope so.
