it also has a lot to do with the govnuts not allowing any more development due to global warming , they believe the seas may rise one or 10 metres,,,,when the sea level has risen 20 cm in 100 years
any existing box or house along the coast with sea views will be worth gold.....as no new development is allowed to take place...in the future
