That's the thing benny not all property is a good buy just like anything else there are good buys and bad buys. It takes time to find the good ones - they usually don't just drop into our laps (although it can happen). At some point the market in the areas you look at will cool for a while - when is the question? time will tell. Can't say the areas I watch have done that much in the last year or so, but that is fine as it can't just go up forever without a break, but at the same time I don't expect massive drops like some here.
