That's fair enough UT. I can't see 40% drops happening either, I just don't think I'll rush in at the moment. I feel there should be better buying round the corner, even if that just means alot more options for the same money. If prices keep going up at the rate they have been, the basic cost of living has to follow (not many will buy a 500K IP that only returns $250 a week) and how can it if wages don't follow also. Maybe it will for a while but it has to return to sustainable levels at some stage or we'll end up with broke investors or even worse, a big rise in the homeless numbers.
