go buy something nice in Florida for 250k and rent it out, maybe even positively geared
next ten years retirement population will migrate there and prices may start to rise again
what are the transaction/outgoings? dont know
it would interesting for people to do some research and post their findings here. Better than talking about the price outlook of the Oz market for sure!
