    The Sell depth on IRESS at the moment certainly DOES indicate such.

    BUY/SELL depth ration is now in favour of the Buy side = Has the Insto / Broker sold all that was required to drop the SP 40%, while gathering in the Weak, who pressed the PANIC button and didnt even buy back in????
