Ahjay, it doesn't take much time to put into place a good communication strategy.

In the first six months their communication was much better, clear and concise with no fluff like we had come to expect under the previous administration. Admittedly it was not as frequent as we all would have wished but it was timely in regards to good corporate governance, ie within the AX listing rules and the Corporations Law.

However they have failed in their communication of this deal in my opinion.

They have also failed to meet their own deadline without timely explanation to shareholders in regards to this deal.
