    the share slide is simple. Companies like IXC need constant good news announcements to keep the share price moving. They need to take a leaf out of PAR's book. Just keep making positive announcements of any progress no matter how small. Even old news helps. Works for PAR.Jumped 17c yesterday with just a re cap of the last year.
